1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to misuse, alteration, or improper handling.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during sale or clearance are non-returnable.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team via Instagram DM or phone within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for return shipping.
- The item must be shipped back in its original packaging.
4. Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Cancellations
